In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect, contact lenses are covered under manufacturer defect warranty for 365 days from the date of purchase.

FRAMES

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect, frames are covered under manufacturer defect warranty for 365 days from the date of purchase. This does not include scratches, self-inflicted abuse, rough handling, normal wear and tear, etc. Frames will be either repaired professionally or replaced one (time only) subject to availability.

PRESCRIPTION LENSES

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect on the coating of your lenses, an identical pair will be replaced (one time only) within 365 days from the original purchase date. This includes bubbling, peeling, etc. on the coating. Scratches, any damages from heat or moisture, self-inflicted abuse, normal wear and tear, etc. are not included.

PRESCRIPTION LENSES ADAPTATION

We want to ensure you have the best vision possible. We will exchange your prescription lenses (one time only) within 90 days from the original purchase date if your Optometrist adjusts your prescription. Your prescription must be valid within two years of the purchase date.
