In-store Return & Exchange Policy

Contact Lenses

There are no refunds on contact lenses. Exchanges can be made within 30 days from original purchase date. Exchange item(s) must be in their original condition(s); boxes must be unmarked, undamaged, unopened, and unexpired.


Sunglasses can be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any difference in price will be paid by the customer or become a store credit. Exchange item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.

Prescription Glasses

Prescription eyewear is customized for each individual, there are no refunds/ exchanges.
You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.


We are not able to offer exchanges online. While our stores are reopening, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.

  • All refunds, exchanges, and warranties are subject to inspection. Shipping fee may apply.
  • We are not liable for delays or damages caused during shipping.
  • No warranty on non-prescription sun lenses.
  • Conditions are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
