• No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds on any products purchased. Instead, we are pleased to offer an exchange option for customers who wish to return their purchase.
• Exchange Conditions: Items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. The request for an exchange must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 604-8386628. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the steps to complete the exchange process.
• Exchange Approval: All exchanges are subject to a review and approval process. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet our conditions for an eligible return.
• Exchanging for a Different Item: If you choose to exchange your product for a different item, please note that the exchange will be subject to the availability of the new item. If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded, a store credit will be issued. 
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
